Account Deletion

1. App and Developer

Ryuk is a mobile application developed by Fefa Studio. The app provides structured multilingual reference information about countries, leaders, historical events, conflicts, and conflict timelines.

2. How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your Ryuk account and related data:

1. Send an email to fefaodessa@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Ryuk account deletion request.
3. Send the request from the email address used for your Ryuk account, if possible.
4. Include the email address connected to your Ryuk account.

We may ask for limited information to confirm that the request belongs to the account owner.

3. Data We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete account-related data such as:

• your Ryuk account record and user ID;
• profile preferences, including language, theme, and notification settings;
• followed countries, conflicts, and related saved preferences;
• push notification tokens associated with your account;
• feedback or support messages linked directly to your account where deletion is applicable.

4. Data That May Be Kept

We may retain limited technical, security, or legal records when necessary to protect the app, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes. Where retained, this information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary.

Public app content, such as historical country, leader, and conflict data, is not personal account data and is not removed when an individual account is deleted.

5. Processing Time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If more time is needed, we will contact you using the email address provided in your request.
